By accessing or using allvibefitness.com (the “Site”), or by purchasing any product from AllVibe Fitness, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. AllVibe Fitness reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Prices are listed in Botswana Pula (P). Any applicable taxes or courier fees will be confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe the order was placed fraudulently or if a pricing error occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

This Site is a product showcase — there is no online cart or checkout. All orders are placed directly through WhatsApp. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

Orders are not confirmed until we confirm them with you directly on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, items out of stock, or pricing errors.

Inside Gaborone, Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted. For deliveries outside Gaborone via courier, payment arrangements are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Delivery timelines provided on our Site and on WhatsApp are estimates only. AllVibe Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

AllVibe Fitness currently delivers within Botswana only. Please see our Delivery Rules for full details on Gaborone and nationwide courier delivery.

Our return and refund policy is described in full in our Refund Policy. By purchasing from AllVibe Fitness, you agree to the terms of that policy.

AllVibe Fitness products are covered by a limited 6-month manufacturer warranty as described in our Warranty Policy. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights where applicable by law.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN OUR WARRANTY POLICY, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

AllVibe Fitness products are intended for general fitness use by healthy adults. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:

• ▸You have consulted a physician before beginning any new exercise program if you have a medical condition
• ▸You will use products in accordance with the included instructions and safety guidelines
• ▸You assume full responsibility for any risk of injury from using fitness equipment
• ▸AllVibe Fitness is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or use beyond the rated weight capacity

All content on allvibefitness.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and site design — is the property of AllVibe Fitness and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission from AllVibe Fitness.

You agree not to:

• ✗Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• ✗Submit false or misleading information in any order or form
• ✗Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• ✗Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect information from the Site
• ✗Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLVIBE FITNESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. AllVibe Fitness has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Botswana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by law.
